Longer lead Time from Raw Material Suppliers
The strong demand for the consumer products and the global economic outlook is still positive from most of economic numbers. The results of the phenomenon make the materials lead time much longer than before from the material makers, especially for the passive components.
There is no doubt that the longer lead time issue from the materials suppliers will affect our production arrangement and orders delivery. Raystar will try our best to integrate these issues and find best solutions for the customers. Thank you for your understanding to this situation.
Change Notices for Passive Components
In order to solve the material longer lead time and material shortages issues, we have to take necessary actions to ease the impact of lack materials / components for production arrangement immediately. Raystar have to adopt the second sources for the below main passive components to make our production lines keep running smoothly and provide our customers better order delivery –

Electronical Characteristics and Appearance:
We guarantee that the electronical characteristics for the original and the second sources are the same, but please note that the sizes and colors for the existing and the second source passive components might be a little different.
For some specific models which the customers can not accept to use second source of components, we suggest the customers can help to provide those components from their ends. If you have any other concern for the changes, welcome to work with your Raystar Sales Rep. Thank you very much!
