RFH1010J-AYH-MNB is a 10.1-inch, projected capacitive touch screen IPS TFT Display and 16:9 aspect ratio. Its resolution is 1024x600 pixels. The module features wide viewing angle (85/85/85/85 degree) thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now.

This 10.1 inch IPS Display has driver IC EK79007AD3 + EK73217BCGA supporting 4-lanes MIPI interface. It has high brightness, with a brightness of 900 cd/㎡ and contrast ratio (typical value) of 800:1. The module works within the temperature -20 to+70℃, storage temperature covers from-30 to+80℃.
