RFJ02000B-AYW-DNG1 is a 2-inch IPS TFT-LCD module with a capacitive touch screen. Using OCA optical bonding technology, the touchscreen has better durability and higher clarity, brightness, transmittance, and contrast ratio. The module dimension is 38.8x52.3 mm, and the active area is 30.6x40.8 mm. The resolution of the module is 240x320 pixels, and the aspect ratio is 3:4. This module has a PCAP touchscreen with IC GT911, supporting the I2C interface and 1-point touch.

RFJ02000B-AYW-DNG1 features a wide viewing angle (80/80/80/80) thanks to its IPS panel, one of the most popular techniques on the market. This 2-inch TFT-LCD module uses ST7789VI driver IC and supports MCU and SPI Interfaces. Its presented brightness is 400 cd/m2, and the contrast ratio is 800:1. The supply voltage for analog ranges from 2.4V-3.6V (typical value 3.3V). The module works within a wide temperature ranging from -20 to +70℃, and its storage temperature is from -30 to +80℃.
