RFJ02000B-AYH-DNN is a 2-inch, IPS TFT LCD module with transmissive mode. The module dimension is 38.8x52.3 mm; active area 30.6x40.8 mm. Its resolution is 240x320 pixels and 3:4 aspect ratio. The module features wide viewing angle thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now, and viewing angle 80/80/80/80 degree.

This 2-inch TFT LCD display module use ST7789VI driver IC supporting MCU and SPI Interface. It also features high brightness, providing brightness 950 cd/m2 with contrast ratio (typical value) 800:1. Supply voltage for analog ranges from 2.4V-3.6V (typical value 3.3V). The module works within wide temperature range from-20 to +70℃,Storage Temperature covers from-30 to +80℃.
