RFJ280E-ALW-DNF is a 2.8", vertical active matrix TFT module with transmissive mode. Its resolution is 240x320 pixels. This 2.8" TFT LCD module comes with projected capacitive touch panel and has built-in IC ILI9341 supporting MCU interface. The PCAP touchscreen has a built-in IC FT6336G which enables 1-point touch, supports I2C interface. The brightness is 400 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 500:1. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃.
