RFJ280J-AYW-DNF is a 2.8", vertical, color TFT display module with. Its resolution is 240x320 pixels. This display module uses IPS screen which allows users to see the display clearly at wider angles. This 2.8-inch color TFT LCD comes with projected capacitive touch screen and has built-in IC ILI9341V supporting MCU/SPI interface. The PCAP touchscreen has a built-in IC FT6336G which enables 1-point touch, supports I2C interface. The brightness is 400 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 800:1. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃.

When DCX = 1, data is selected.
When DCX = 0, command is selected.
(SCL): This pin is used as the serial interface clock in 3-wire
9-bit/4-wire 8-bit serial data interface.

12 WR(SPI_D/C) (WRX) - 8080-Ⅰ/8080-Ⅱ system: Serves as a write signal and writes data at the rising edge.
