RFJ320C-ALW-DNS is a color active matrix TFT liquid crystal display with resistive touch screen. The dimension size of this module is 55.04x77.6 mm, size of active area is 48.6x64.8 mm (3.2”diagonal), and its resolution is 240x320 dots. This TFT display module uses ILI9341 controller IC which supports MCU Interface. It features low power consumption on the backlight, providing brightness 180 cd/m2 with contrast ratio (typical value) 500 : 1. RFJ320C-ALW-DNS TFT LCD module power supply voltage is 2.5~3.3V. The module works within the temperature -20 to+70℃, storage temperature ranges from-30 to+80℃.
