RFS39AB-ALW-DNG is a TN transmissive type color active matrix 480×128 bar TFT LCD display module. The size of the active area is 3.9” diagonal with module dimension 105.5×37 mm. This 3.9-inch Bar type LCD display uses HX8278-A driver IC supporting 24-bit RGB interface. It’s brightness (typical value) is 400 cd/㎡, and contrast ratio (typical value) is 500:1. RFS39AB-ALW-DNG is a TFT module with PCAP touch allowing 5-point touch. The built-in IC for PCAP is GT911.

Power voltage ranges from 3.0V-3.6V; typical value is 3.3V. The module works within the temperature -20 to +70℃, storage temperature covers from -30 to +80℃.
