RFC35BR-AIW-DNN is a color active matrix 320x240 TFT LCD display. The dimension size of this module is 76.84x63.84 mm, size of active area is 70.08x52.56 mm (3.5"diagonal). This 320x240 TFT color display uses SSD2119 controller IC which supports 6800/8080 or 3-wire/4-wire SPI Interface. It features 4:3 aspect ratio, providing brightness 400 cd/m2 with contrast ratio (typical value) 300 : 1.

Power supply voltage of RFC35BR-AIW-DNN TFT LCD 320x240 display module ranges from 2.5~3.6V (typical 3.3V). The module works within the temperature -20 to +70℃, storage temperature covers from -30 to +80℃.
