RFI350U-AYW-DNN is a 3.5 inch diagonal IPS transmissive type 320x480 TFT LCD display module. In-Plane Switching (IPS) was one of the first refinements to produce significant gains in the light-transmissive characteristics of TFT panels. It features wide viewing angle. The dimension size of this module is 54.5x83 mm, size of active area is 48.96x73.44 mm. This TFT display module uses ILI9488 driver IC which supports 8/16/18-bit MCU, 3-Line SPI interface and RGB interface + 3-SPI. This 320x480 TFT LCD module has brightness 600 cd/m2 with contrast ratio (typical value) 700:1. The module works within the temperature -20 to +70℃, storage temperature ranges from -30 to +80℃.
