RFC350Y-AIW-DNN is a 320x240 pixels, 3.5-inch diagonal, 4:3 aspect ratio standard TFT LCD display. The module dimension is 76.84x63.84 mm; active area 70.08x52.56 mm. With the help of anti-glare display surface, the screen doesn’t reflect light and preserves better image quality.

This TFT display supporting RGB interface. LCM voltage ranges from 3.0V-3.6V, typical value is 3.3V. The brightness is 420 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 350:1. Operating temperature of the module ranges from -20°C to +70°C; storage temperature covers from -30°C to +80℃.
