RFI350U-AYW-MNG is a 3.5-inch, vertical/portrait IPS TFT Display with Projected Capacitive Touchscreen. Its resolution is 320×480 pixels. This TFT display module uses IPS screen which allows users to see the display clearly at wider angles (80/80/80/80 degree) which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now.

This 3.5-inch TFT module has driver IC ILI9488 supporting 1-lane MIPI interface. The brightness is 500 cd/m2 with contrast ratio (typical value)700:1. The PCAP touchscreen has a built-in IC GT911 which enables 5-points touch, supports I2C interface.The power supply voltage (typical value) is 1.8/2.8V. The module works within the temperature -20 to+70℃, storage temperature covers from-30 to+80℃.
