RFJ320D-ALW-DNN is a 3.2-inch diagonal 240x320 portrait TFT LCD display module. The dimension size of this module is 55.04×77.6 mm, size of active area is 48.6×64.8 mm. This TFT display module uses ILI9341 driver IC which supports 8/9/16/18-bit MCU, 3-Wire/4-Wire SPI interface and 8080 interface. This 3.2-inch TFT LCD module has brightness 500 cd/m2 with contrast ratio (typical value) 500:1. The module works within the temperature -20 to +70℃, storage temperature ranges from -30 to +80℃.
