RFS390B-AZW-DNN is a TN transmissive type color active matrix 480x128 TFT LCD bar display. The module uses O-Film technology to widen the viewing angle of the display. The size of the active area is 3.9” diagonal with module dimension 105.5 x 37.0 mm. This 3.9-inch TFT LCD bar display uses HX8278-A driver IC supporting 24-bit RGB interface. It’s brightness (typical value) is 400 cd/㎡, and contrast ratio (typical value) is 500:1.

Power voltage ranges from 3.0V-3.6V; typical value is 3.3V. The module works within the temperature -20 to +70℃, storage temperature covers from -30 to +80℃.
