RFS390D-1LW-DHG is a 3.9-inch Bar Type TFT LCD module with a Projected Capacitive Touch Screen (PCAP). This display has a resolution of 480x128 pixels and 400 cd/㎡ brightness. It is built-in with TFP401 controller IC supporting HDMI connectors (DVI signal). The dimension of the module is 125.0 × 66.5 mm with an active area of 95.04 × 25.34 mm. The supply voltage of LCM is 5V (typical value). Its operating temperatures cover from -20~+70℃, and its storage temperatures range from -30~+80℃.
