RFS390E-AWH-DNS is a bar type 3.9-inch, IPS TFT LCD module with transmissive mode and Resistive Touch Screen (RTP). The module dimension is 105.5x37.0 mm; active area 95.04x25.34 mm. Its resolution is 480x128 pixels. The module features wide viewing angle thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now, and viewing angle 80/80/80/80. This 3.9-inch bar type TFT LCD display module has built-in IC SC7283 supporting 24-bit RGB interface. It also features high brightness, providing brightness 700 cd/m2 with contrast ratio (typical value) 800:1. LCM voltage ranges from 3V-3.6V. The module works within wide temperature range from-30 to +85℃，Storage Temperature covers from-30 to +85℃.
