RFJ350N-AVW-DNN is a monochrome TFT LCD panel. The dimension size of this module is 62.9x86.54 mm, size of active area is 53.28x71.04 mm (3.5”diagonal), and its resolution is 240x320 dots. This TFT display module uses ST7511 driver IC which supports MCU Interface. It features high contrast, providing contrast ratio (typical value) 900 : 1 with brightness 500 cd/m2.
