RFC350L-AZW-DNN is a 3.5-inch 320x240 pixels TFT LCD display module with wide viewing angle. The module uses O-Film technology to widen the viewing angle of the display. The outline dimension is 76.84x63.84 mm, size of Active Area is 70.08x52.56 mm. This TFT module supports RGB interface with brightness 300 cd/m2 and contrast ratio (typical value) 350 : 1. RFC350L-AZW-DNN widescreen TFT LCD module power supply voltage ranges from 3.3~3.6V, typical value is 3.3V. The module works within the temperature -20 to+70℃, storage temperature covers from-30 to+80℃.
