RFA6400E-AWW-MNN is a 4-inch, IPS, active matrix TFT module and 1:1 aspect ratio. Its resolution is 480x480 pixels (width 480 pixels x height 480 pixels) and every pixel is made up of three vertical strips of Red, Green and Blue dots. The module features wide viewing angle thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now. This 4-inch TFT module has driver IC ST7701S supporting 2-lane MIPI interface. The brightness is 500 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 800:1. One of features of RFA6400E-AWW-MNN is wide temperature ranges. Operating temperature covers from -30~+80℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃.
