RFE430W-1YW-DBN is 4.3-inch TFT-LCD display module with controller board. The resolution of this module is 480 x 272 pixels. The RFE430W-1YW-DBN model mainly uses IC SSD1963. TFT module of this model is characterized by 36-pin MCU 8080 8/16-bit pin define, and the 8/16-bit 6800 pin define interface can be selected through Jump.

This display module uses IPS screen which allows users to see the display clearly at wider angles. The brightness is 500 cd/m2 (typical value) with contrast ratio 800:1 (typical value). LCM voltage ranges from 3V-3.3V, typical value is 3.1V. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃.
