4.3" High Brightness, Wide Temperature IPS TFT Display with PCAP

RFF430X-AWH-DNG is IPS transmissive type TFT LCD display module. This IPS TFT display module has a 4.3 inch diagonally measured active display area with 800x480 resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio. The module features wide viewing angle and great color performance thanks to IPS panel technology. It also features high brightness, providing brightness 900 cd/m2 with contrast ratio (typical value) 800:1. It uses HX8264+HX8664 driver IC which supports 24-bit RGB Interface. The monitor also comes with a projected capacitive touch screen (PCAP). The PCAP touchscreen has a built-in IC ILI2130 which enables 5-points touch, supports I2C interface.

RFF430X-AWW-DNG TFT LCD module works within wide temperature range from -30 to +80℃, storage temperature covers from -30 to +80℃.
