RFS520B-AIW-DNG is a top view stretched bar TFT LCD display with capacitive touchscreen. The size of the active area is 5.2” diagonal with module dimension 140.4 x 49.87 mm. It uses ST7252 driver IC which supporting 24-bit RGB interface. The built-in IC for PCAP is CYTMA568 allowing 5-point touch. It’s brightness (typical value) is 400 cd/㎡, and contrast ratio (typical value) is 500:1, view direction is 12 o’clock.

Power voltage ranges from 3.0V-3.6V; typical value is 3.3V. The module works within the temperature -20 to +70℃, storage temperature covers from -30 to +80℃.
