RFS520C-ELW-DBN is a 5.2-inch 480x128 Bar type TFT LCD module with controller board. The controller board's screw-hole design allows customers to mount the module easily. The module dimension is 180.0 × 65.0 mm with an active area of 127.152 × 33.9072 mm.

This Bar type TFT display uses MR6566 driver IC supporting MCU 8080 8-bits interface. Customers using 240X64 (dots) STN with RA6963 controller IC can replace it with this new RFS520C-ELW-DBN module without changing the interfaces and firmware, easily upgrading your single-colored display to color TFT. Its supply voltage ranges from 4.5V-5.5V; typical value is 5V. The module can operate within the temperatures from -20 to +70℃ and its storage temperatures cover from -30 to +80℃.
