RF350VD-1YH-MHG1 is a 5-inch, portrait mode 720 x 1280 pixels color active matrix TFT LCD display with projected capacitive touchscreen (USB interface). This TFT module uses IPS screen which allows users to see the display clearly at wider angles. This module is a composed of a TFT LCD module and follows RoHs. This capacitive touch panel display uses OCA optical bonding technology, giving it better resistance to impact and vibration and higher brightness, transmittance, and contrast ratio.

The PCAP touchscreen has a built-in IC GT928 which enables 1-point, 2-point, or other options touch. The brightness is 900 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 800:1. The LCM supply voltage ranges from 4.75~5.25V (the typical value is 5V). The module works within the temperatures -20 to +70℃, and the storage temperature covers from -30 to +80℃. This module is suitable for various applications, including access control systems in the communication industry, and sound detection devices in audiovisual equipment.
