RF3500D-AYW-MNG1 is a 5-inch, IPS, capacitive touch panel TFT display with a 16:9 aspect ratio and 720×1280 resolution. The module features a wide viewing angle (80/80/80/80) thanks to its IPS panel, one of the most popular techniques on the market.

This capacitive touch panel display uses OCA optical bonding technology, giving it better resistance to impact and vibration and higher brightness, transmittance, and contrast ratio. In addition, this module uses ILI9881C driver IC and supports a 4-lane MIPI interface.

With the low backlight power consumption, RF3500D-AYW-MNG1 provides a brightness of 250 cd/m2 and a contrast ratio of 800: 1 (typical value). The power supply voltage ranges from 2.6~3.6V (the typical value is 3.3V). The module works within the temperatures -20 to +70℃, and the storage temperature covers from -30 to +80℃.
