RFF700A2-1IW-DBS is 7-inch TFT-LCD display module with controller board and resistive touch screen. The resolution of this module is 800 x 480 pixels. The RFF700A2-1IW-DBS uses IC SSD1963 and characterized by 36-pin MCU 8080 8/16-bit pin define, and the 8/16-bit 6800 pin define interface can be selected through Jump.

The brightness is 250 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 800:1. LCM voltage ranges from 3V-3.3V, typical value is 3.1V. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃.
