RFF700B8-AWH-DNB is a 7-inch, IPS TFT LCD module with projected capacitive touch screen featuring wide temperature ranges and high brightness. The module dimension is 165.8x106.61 mm; active area 152.4x91.44 mm. Its resolution is 800x480 pixels and 15:9 aspect ratio. This TFT LCD module use HX8249-A and HX8678-C driver IC supporting 18-bit RGB Interface.

This 7-inch 800x480 PCAP TFT display module has IPS screen which allows users to see the display clearly at wider angles (80/80/80/80 degree). The brightness is 800 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 1000:1. The PCAP touchscreen has a built-in IC ILI2511 which enables 5-points touch, supports USB interface (I2C available).

VCC voltage of RFF700B8-AWH-DNB ranges from 2.7V to 3.6V; typical value is 3.3V. The module works within temperature range from -30℃ to +80℃; storage temperature is -40℃ to +85℃.
