RFH700A8-AYH-LNS is a 1024x600 pixels, 7-inch high brightness TFT display module with resistive touch screen. It's features wide viewing angle and, providing brightness 800 cd/m2, contrast ratio (typical value) 800:1. This display module uses IPS screen which allows users to see the display clearly at wider angles (85/85/85/85 degree).

This 7-inch high brightness TFT display adopts driver IC ST5021 and ST5651 supporting LVDS interface. The transmission technology is mainly developed to reduce the shortcomings of high power consumption and large EMI electromagnetic interference when transmitting broadband at high bit rate, so that it can effectively achieve low noise and low power consumption.

Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃. This design is a good fit for industrial application, medical equipment, home appliances, etc.
