RFH700A8-AYW-LNL is a 7-inch IPS TFT display module with 5-point capacitive touch and 1-point hover touch, resolution 1024x600 pixels. In-Plane Switching (IPS) was one of the first refinements to produce significant gains in the light-transmissive characteristics of TFT panels. It is a technology that addresses the two main issues of a standard twisted nematic (TN) TFT display: color and viewing angle.

This 1024x600 touch screen TFT display has built-in IC ST5021 + ST5651 supporting LVDS (low voltage differential signaling) interface.The contrast ratio of the module is 800:1 (typical value), the brightness is 450 nits (typical value), and the aspect ratio is 16:9.

Supply voltage for logic ranges from 3V-3.6V, typical value is 3.3V. It works within temperature range from -20 to +70℃, storage temperature ranges from -30 to +80℃.
