RFH700A8-AYW-MNN is a 7" IPS TFT LCD display module. Its resolution is 1024x600 pixels with aspect ratio 16:9. The module features wide viewing angle and great color performance thanks to IPS panel technology. This TFT module adopts driver IC EK79007AD3 + EK73217BCGA supporting 4-Lanes MIPI interface and contrast ratio 800:1, and brightness 600 cd/m2 (typical value). With the help of anti-glare display surface, the screen doesn’t reflect light and preserves better image quality.

Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃. This design is a good fit for industrial application, test equipment, etc.
