RFF700A2-AIH-DNL is a 7-inch TFT display module with capacitive touch screen and hover touch screen, resolution 800x480 pixels. Built-in ST-5623D driver IC support 24 bit RGB interface. The contrast ratio of the module is 800:1 (typical value), the brightness is 700 nits (typical value), and the aspect ratio is 16:9. The PCAP touchscreen has a built-in IC MXT874U which enables 5-points touch, supports I2C interface. Supply voltage for logic ranges from 3V-3.6V, typical value is 3.3V. It works within temperature range from -20 to +70℃, storage temperature ranges from -30 to +80℃.
