RFM08400A-AWW-LNB is a 8.4-inch, IPS TFT LCD module with capacitive touch screen. The resolution is 1024x768 pixels and the aspect ratio is 4:3. This TFT display uses ST5821AH and ST5084AA driver IC which supports LVDS Interface (Low Voltage Differential Signaling). The module adopts IC EXC81W32 for PCAP touch supporting USB interface (I2C available) and 2-point touch.

The module features wide viewing angle (80/80/80/80) thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now. It features high contrast, providing contrast ratio (typical value) 1,000: 1 with brightness 400 cd/m2. LCM voltage ranges from 3V-3.6V; typical value is 3.3V. The module works within wide temperature range from-30 to +80℃，Storage Temperature covers from-30 to +80℃.
