RFM08400A-AWW-LNN is a 8.4-inch, IPS TFT LCD module with transmissive mode. The module dimension is 199.5x149 mm; active area 170.8032x128.1024 mm. The resolution is 1024x768 pixels and the aspect ratio is 4:3. The module features wide viewing angle (80/80/80/80) thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now.

This TFT display uses ST5821AH and ST5084AA driver IC which supports LVDS Interface (Low Voltage Differential Signaling). It features high contrast, providing contrast ratio (typical value) 1,000: 1 with brightness 500 cd/m2. LCM voltage ranges from 3V-3.6V; typical value is 3.3V. The module works within wide temperature range from-30 to +80℃，Storage Temperature covers from-30 to +80℃.
