RFU800G-AYH-MNG is a 8 inch, IPS TFT LCD module with Capacitive Touch Screen. The resolution is 800x1280 pixels and the aspect ratio is 10:16. This TFT display uses an ILI9881C driver IC supporting MIPI interfaces. With the IPS technique, the display allows viewers to view the screen from wider viewing angles (85/85/85/85 degrees). It also features a high brightness of 900 cd/m2.

Operating with a supply voltage range of 3.0V to 3.6V (typical value:3.3V), this LCD module is highly versatile. It can operate at temperatures from -20°C to +70°C; its storage temperature ranges from -30°C to +80°C.
