RFH1010J-AYH-LNB 是一款採用橫向電場效應顯示技術（In-Plane-Switching Liquid Crystal：IPS）的 TFT 顯示器，IPS 技術能有效改善當視角差時，在 TN 螢幕上出現的色差，也是目前 液晶技術的主流之一。

此 TFT 模組對角線為10.1吋、解析度1024x600像素、長寬比16:9 具有 900 cd/㎡ 的高亮度與 800:1 對比度。TFT 內建 EK79001HN 和 EK73215BCGA 驅動IC 支援 LVDS 介面。RFH1010J-AYH-LNB 也是一款搭配投射電容式觸控面板 (PCAP) 的 TFT LCD 模組可支援5點觸控，PCAP 內建 ILI2511 IC 支援 USB (I2C亦可用)。模組工作溫度範圍-20~+70 °C，儲存溫度範圍-30~+80 °C。
