RF3500D-AYW-MNG1是一款5吋全透TFT LCD 顯示器模組搭配OCA光學貼合投射電容式觸控面板，模組尺寸為73.3x127.6 mm；有效區域(AA) 62.1x110.4 mm，顯示器解析度為720×1280像素、長寬比16:9。OCA 光學貼合技術是以光學膠 (Optical Clear Adhesive)將觸控玻璃以及 TFT面板無縫貼合其優點除了使之更加堅固並具有減震效果達到更好保護觸控玻璃作用。另外光學膠(Optical Clear Adhesive) 具有增加亮度、高透射率和對比度等優點。PCAP 觸控面板使用 GT928 IC 並支援I2C介面。模組採用目前市場上流行技術之一 IPS 面板，具有廣視角分別為上:80度 / 下:80度 / 左:80度 / 右:80度。

這款 5吋 TFT LCD 顯示器模組使用 ILI9881C 驅動IC，可支援 4-Lanes MIPI 介面。模組提供 250 cd/m2 亮度和 800:1 對比度(Typical值)。類比電源電壓範圍為 2.5V~3.6V(Typical值為 3.3V)。模組工作溫度範圍從-20~+70℃，儲存溫度範圍從-30~+80℃。
