RFF800Q-1IW-DBS是我們Q系列搭配控制板8吋TFT顯示器模組，解析度為800 x 480 dots模組加上電阻式觸控螢幕。Q系列主要使用SSD1963 IC，此系列的TFT模組特點都為36pin的MCU 8080 8/16-bits 的Pin define，可透過Jump另外選擇8/16-bits 6800 Pin define Interface。相較P系列的機種功能比較簡單, 價格相對比較低。

RFF800Q-1IW-DBS TFT模組亮度為320 cd/m2, 對比度250:1。電源電壓為3V~3.3V，典型值為3.1V。工作溫度為-20至+70℃，儲存溫度為-30至+80℃。
