RG12232A is dot matrix 122x32 graphic LCD module has the same specs as RG12232A1. These two 122x32 graphic LCD modules share the same module dimension 84.0 x 44.0 mm and built-in IC SBN1661G supporting 6800 parallel interface. The RG12232A module has a PCB with screw holes and peripheral circuit for easy mounting and usage.

Default power supply of RC12232A LCD 122x32 is 5V,. Negative voltage version is available for 3V power supply. RG12232A is available for internal oscillation. If customers require external oscillation 2KHz, please choose series RG12232A1. The module operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +70°C; storage temperature covers from -30°C to +80℃.

Raystar provides various LED backlight combinations for RG12232A module, such as yellow-green and white. This series offers a selection of LCD mode, including STN negative blue, STN positive gray/yellow-green, FSTN positive white, FSTN negative black.
