RG192128C is a LCD display module with resolution of 192x128 pixels, the module dimension 102.3x86 mm. RG192128C utilizes IC RA6963 supporting 8080 interface. The module has a PCB with screw holes and peripheral circuit for easy mounting and usage. Logic voltage ranges from 4.5V-5.5V (Typical 5V), driving method is 1/128 duty and the LED is driven by Pin 19/20. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃. In this series of graphic LCD 192x128, there are different LCD options available, including STN positive, Yellow Green/STN negative Blue, FSTN positive. As for the type of polarizer, customers may choose either transflective or transmissive type. Yellow-green and white backlights are the only available options for this series.
