RX240160A is a dot matrix 240x160 COG graphic type LCD display module with PCB. The additional PCB on this COG LCD display helps users to save time on developing PCB on their own. The module dimension is 93.0 x 64.2 mm with active area size 69.58 x 43.98 mm. This COG LCD module has built-in IC ST7529 supporting 6800 and 8080 interface.

The logic power supply voltage range is 3~3.6V (typical driver voltage is 3.3V) , driving method is 1/160 duty. The module operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +70°C; storage temperature covers from -30°C to +80℃. This 240x160 LCD display can be used for industrial and many other applications.
