240x64 Graphic LCD Display Module, Display LCD 240x64

RG24064A2 is a 240x64 graphic LCD display module with resolution of 240x64 pixels, the module dimension 180x65 mm. RG24064A2 display lcd 240x64 utilizes IC RA6963 supporting 8080 interface. The module has a PCB with screw holes and peripheral circuit for easy mounting and usage. Logic voltage is 5V with internal negative voltage, driving method is 1/64 duty. The difference between RG24064A2 and RG24064A is the order of PIN1-20. The pin 1 of RG24064A2 starts from the left, and the pin1 of RG24064A starts from the right. (please refer to the drawing below).

Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃. In RG24064A2 series, there are different LCD options available, including STN /FSTN positive or negative.
