This series has built-in IC ST75256, supporting interfaces of 4-line SPI / IIC / 8-bit 6800 / 8-bit 8080. Logic voltage of this LCD module ranges from 3V-3.6V; typical value is 3V. The module works within temperature from -20°C to+ 70°C. Storage temperature range is from -30°C to+ 80°C. RX256128A series provides a variety of options for LED backlight.
