RG19264A is a graphic LCD display series with resolution of 192x64 pixels; the module dimension is 120×62 mm. RG19264A utilizes IC NT7107 / ST7108 supporting 6800 interface. The module has a PCB with screw holes and peripheral circuit for easy mounting and usage. Logic voltage ranges from 4.5V-5.5V (Typical 5V; optional: negative voltage), driving method is 1/64 duty and the LED is driven by Pin 20/21. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃. In this series of graphic LCD 192x64 , there are yellow-green and white backlight options available.
