The RG320240A series graphic LCD display module is resolution composed of 320x240 dots, and the module size is 160x109 mm. This model series has no controller, the logic power supply voltage range is 2.7~5.5V (driver voltage is 5V) , driving method is 1/240 duty. The RG320240A GLCD 320x240 module has a PCB with screw holes and peripheral circuit for easy mounting and usage.

The module works within temperature from -20℃ to +70℃, storage temperature covers from -30℃ to +80℃. This model of 320x240 LCD display module can be equipped with an additional analog touch panel. There are a variety of LCD glass types / polarizer types /backlight colors. Please contact us for your request.
