RFA180F-AZW-DNN is a 1.77-inch 128x160 dots mini TFT LCD display module with wide viewing angle. The module uses O-Film technology to widen the viewing angle of the display.

This mini 1.77-inch TFT module has built-in IC ST7735S supporting MCU parallel interface. The brightness is 400 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 500:1. Supply voltage for analog ranges from 2.5V~4.8V, typical value is 2.75V. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃.
