Year-End Inventory

Raystar’s Taiwan headquarters and China factory will conduct year-end inventory checks from December 29 to 31, 2025, during which the ERP system will be temporarily unavailable, and shipments cannot be arranged. The last shipping dates are December 24, 2025, for Taiwan and December 26, 2025, for China.
Additionally, from December 25, 2025, to January 4, 2026, our ERP system will be upgraded to a new system, and shipments will be unavailable during this time.
Both locations will be closed on January 1, 2025, for the New Year holiday, with shipping operations resuming on January 5, 2026. If your orders may be impacted, please contact your sales representative. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
