We are pleased to announce the release of a new series of round TFT LCD display modules, designed for applications that require compact form factors and circular screen layouts. With support for IPS technology and resolutions up to 720×720 pixels, these modules offer consistent image quality, wide viewing angles, and reliable performance for embedded systems. This newly released round TFT LCD series includes display sizes from 1.28" to 4.0", with resolutions ranging from 240×240 to 720×720 pixels. Built with IPS panel technology, these modules offer wide viewing angles and consistent color performance. Models are available with or without capacitive touch panels and support multiple interface types—including SPI, RGB, and MIPI—for ease of integration across different systems. These features make them well-suited for wearable devices, smart home controllers, medical instruments, industrial automation panels, and other applications that benefit from a circular display layout. It integrates the ST7797 driver IC and utilizes a 1-lane MIPI interface for high-speed, low-power data transmission. Designed for -20°C to +70°C operation, the module includes an anti-glare surface and small module size, making it suitable for industrial equipment, smart home systems, medical devices, and other small-format applications.
[RFN02760A2A0YWDNN00] 2.76-inch 480×480 Round TFT LCD Module with SPI+RGBThe RFN02760A2A0YWDNN00 is a 2.76-inch round IPS TFT LCD module with 480×480 resolution, offering 85° wide viewing angles, vivid colors, and fast response times. It supports both 3-wire SPI and RGB 18-bit interfaces via the integrated ST7701 IC, and operates within a -20°C to +70°C temperature range. Designed for applications requiring high readability, the module features an anti-glare surface and a 30,000-hour LED backlight, making it suitable for smart home, industrial, and professional display systems.
[RFN04000A2 Series] 4-inch 720×720 Round IPS TFT Module with MIPIThe RFN04000A2 series includes 4.0-inch round IPS TFT LCD modules with 720×720 resolution, offering wide 85° viewing angles, vivid colors, and fast response times. Both models adopt the FL7703 driver IC and support a 4-lane MIPI interface for fast data transfer and low power consumption. Designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C, they are suitable for smart home, industrial, and compact embedded applications. The RFN04000A2A0YWMNA00 version features a projected capacitive touch panel with optical bonding, supporting 4-point touch and improved touch experience, while the RFN04000A2A0YWMNN00 is a non-touch variant. Both include a 30,000-hour LED backlight for enhanced durability and reliability.
2. [RFO400C-AYW-MNG1] 3.97-inch 480×800 MIPI IPS TFT LCD Module (PCAP + Optical Bonding)
The RFO400C-AYW-MNG1 is a 3.97-inch 480×800 MIPI IPS TFT display with PCAP + Optical Bonding. It features IPS technology for wide viewing angles, vivid colors, and fast response times. Equipped with a 2-lane MIPI interface, this module supports high-speed data transfer with low power consumption. The screen integrates a PCAP touch panel with Optical Bonding, delivering excellent transmittance, reduced glare, and improved touch accuracy. This display is well-suited for industrial equipment, handheld devices, and monitoring systems that require reliable display performance. With its strong balance of display clarity, interface speed, and touch precision, the RFO400C-AYW-MNG1 is an ideal choice for professional devices and systems.
3. [RFY1230E Series] 12.3-inch 1920×720 Bar Type IPS TFT LCD Modules with LVDS
The RFY1230E series are 12.3-inch bar type IPS TFT LCD modules with 1920×720 resolution, 88° wide viewing angles, and fast response times. Featuring an 8-bit D-LVDS interface and FL5894 + ST5086 driver ICs, they ensure stable, high-speed performance with low power consumption. The RFY1230E-AWW-LNN delivers 800 cd/m² brightness, while the RFY1230E-AWH-LNN reaches 1100 cd/m² for outdoor use. Both models support -30°C to +85°C operation and offer a 30,000-hour LED backlight life, suited for industrial, commercial, and medical applications.
4. [RFF700D2 Series] 7-inch 800×480 IPS TFT LCD Modules with LVDS
The RFF700D2 series includes two 7-inch TFT LCD modules (RFF700D2-AWW-LNN and RFF700D2-AWH-LNG), both offering 800×480 resolution, IPS technology for 85° wide viewing angles, and RM53052/RM57452 driver ICs for stable display performance. The RFF700D2-AWW-LNN provides 450 cd/m² brightness for standard indoor use, while the RFF700D2-AWH-LNG features 1000 cd/m² brightness and an integrated PCAP touch panel for enhanced interactivity. Both modules support LVDS interface for efficient data transmission and operate reliably in wide temperature ranges from -30°C to +80°C, making them suitable for industrial, smart home, and monitoring applications.
5. [E-Paper Display Series] 2.7-inch、4.2-inch、4.2-inch+Touch Screen
These RAA0270A2AAA7NXXX000, RAA0420A2AAB5NXXX000, and RAA0420A2ADB5NXXX000 are black-and-white E-paper display modules sized at 2.7-inch and 4.2-inch, featuring resolutions of 264×176 and 400×300 respectively. Designed for ultra-low power consumption, they offer front light integration for improved readability, wide viewing angles, and image retention without constant power. All models support SPI/I2C interfaces, and well suitable for electronic shelf labels (ESL), smart tags, and portable devices. Additionally, The RAA0420A2ADB5NXXX000 includes a projected capacitive touch panel (PCAP) and supports 1-bit image rendering, ideal for interactive static content applications.
6. OLED Touch Display Modules: Flexible Size, Interface, and Structure Options
Our OLED Touch Display Modules feature high-contrast, graphic OLED panels paired with capacitive touch solutions. We offer structure options including COG, COF, and COG+PCB, with sizes ranging from 0.91” to 5.5” and resolutions up to 256×64. Multiple interfaces are supported, such as SPI, I2C, 6800, and 8080, ensuring easy integration. Standard color options include white and yellow, while green, blue, and sky blue are available upon request. These modules are ideal for medical, industrial, and consumer electronics applications. With a lifespan of up to 100,000 hours at 25°C and support for low-volume, high-mix production, they’re designed for long-term reliability and flexibility.
