We are pleased to announce the release of our latest transflective TFT LCD modules, designed to deliver optimal visibility under direct sunlight. These modules are ideal for outdoor, portable, and industrial applications where ambient light readability and power efficiency are critical.

RFN02000A2A07WDNN00 is a 2.0-inch 240×320 IPS Transflective TFT LCD module, integrated with ST7789 IC. It supports 8/9/16/18-bit MCU, 3-/4-wire SPI, and 16-/18-bit RGB interfaces. The IPS panel offers 80° viewing angles in all directions. Featuring transflective technology, the module enables low power consumption while maintaining visibility in both indoor and outdoor environments. Suitable for wearable, GPS, and handheld industrial applications.

RFN05000A2A08WDNN00 is a 5-inch 800×480 IPS Transflective TFT LCD module designed for outdoor visibility and low power consumption. Integrated with JD9165 IC, it supports a 24-bit RGB interface with a typical lifetime of 25,000 hours and features compact dimensions of 120.8 × 75.9 × 2.73 mm, suitable forintegration into wearable devices, handheld GPS units, and compact industrial handheld terminals.

2. [RFN04600B2 Series] 4.6-inch 800×320 Bar Type IPS TFT LCD Modules

We introduce two 4.6-inch bar type IPS TFT LCD modules—RFN04600B2A0YHDNC00 and RFN04600B2A0YWDNS00—both featuring 800×320 resolution, ST7262 IC, and 24-bit RGB interface. The IPS panel offers 80° viewing angles in all directions.

RFN04600B2A0YWDNS00 provides a cost-effective alternative with a resistive touch panel (RTP) supporting single-touch input. It shares the same mechanical design (120.7 × 56.16 × 4.2 mm; active area 108.0 × 43.2 mm) and wide operating temperature range (-20°C to +70°C). The anti-glare surface improves visibility in ambient light.

RFN04600B2A0YHDNC00 integrates a high-brightness (850 cd/m²) and a PCAP, making it suitable for sunlight-readable interfaces such as audio systems and control equipment. The LED backlight supports a 50,000-hour lifetime for long-term deployment.

We offer two 1.8-inch 128×160 IPS TFT LCD modules: RFN01800A2A0XWSNN00 (no touch) and RFN01800A2A0XHSNC00 (with PCAP). Both adopt IPS technology for wide 80° viewing angles and stable color performance.

The RFN01800A2A0XWSNN00 supports SPI interface and features a glare-resistant surface, 50,000-hour LED backlight, and -20°C to +70°C operating temperature range—ideal for compact devices without touch requirements. The RFN01800A2A0XHSNC00 integrates a PCAP and offers 850 cd/m² high brightness for enhanced visibility.

The anti-glare surface improves readability under bright conditions.

This module offers 500 cd/m² typical brightness, -20°C to +70°C operating range, and a 50,000-hour LED lifetime, ensuring reliable performance in space-constrained embedded applications.
