1.[RFF700B6-AWH-LNN] High Brightness, Wide Temperature 7" 800x480 IPS LVDS TFT

RFF700B6-AWH-LNN is a 7-inch TFT-LCD display featuring high brightness and wide temperature ranges. The resolution is 800x480 pixels and the aspect ratio is 15:9. This display also boasts high brightness 1000 nits at typical value, and high contrast ratio (typical value) 1000:1. With the help of anti-glare display surface, the screen doesn’t reflect light and preserves better image quality. This TFT module uses IPS screen which allows users to see the display clearly at wider angles.

This TFT display module uses HX8249-A + HX8678-C driver IC which supports LVDS Interface (Low Voltage Differential Signaling). The transmission technology is mainly developed to reduce the shortcomings of high power consumption and large EMI electromagnetic interference when transmitting broadband at high bit rate, so that it can effectively achieve low noise and low power consumption.

The VCC voltage of RFF700B6-AWH-LNN ranges from 2.7V to3.6V; typical value is 3.3V. The module works within temperature range from -30°C to +80°C; storage temperature is -30°C to +80°C.

2.[RFJ280K-ALW-DNS] 2.8" TFT SPI 240x320 LCD Module with Resistive Touch Panel

RFJ280K-ALW-DNS is a 2.8-inch, resistive touch panel TFT-LCD module with transflective mode. The module dimension is 50x69.2 mm; active area 43.2x57.6 mm (2.8” diagonal). Its resolution is 240x320 pixels (width 240 pixels x height 320 pixels). This 2.8-inch TFT module supports SPI interface. The brightness is 350 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 500:1. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70°C, storage temperature range is from -30~+80°C. This design is a good fit for industrial application, medical equipment, home appliances, etc.

3.[RFJ240M-ALW-DNS] 2.4" TFT SPI 240x320 LCD Display with Resistive Touch Panel

RFJ240M-ALW-DNS is a 2.4-inch, vertical/portrait, and active matrix TFT module with tranflective mode. Its resolution is 240x320 pixels. This 2.4-inch TFT module has controller IC ST7789V supporting SPI interface. The monitor also comes with a resistive touch panel (RTP); if you’d like to have module with no touch, the part number is RFJ240M-ALW-DNN. The brightness is 350 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 500:1. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70°C, storage temperature range is from -30~+80°C. This design is a good fit for industrial application, testing equipment, etc.
