1. [RFS390D-1LW-DHN] 3.9" Bar Type 480x128 HDMI TFT Display

RFS390D-1LW-DHN is a 3.9”, resolution 480x128 pixels bar Type TFT display module with HDMI connector (DVI signal) and built-in controller IC TFP401. Module dimension of this 3.9” TFT display is 105.5 x 42.25 mm, size of active area is 95.04 x 25.34 mm. Brightness value is 500 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 500:1. Supply voltage of LCM is 5V (typical value). Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃.

2. [RL0F00101000JGDAASA00] 10.1" RS485 Modbus Smart Display with Capacitive Touchscreen

RL0F00101000JGDAASA00 is a 10.1" Smart Display of RS485 series defined as a slave device, that is controlled by master device via RS485 command to render display content on the display screen and return touch event data with protocol objects. RL0F00101000JGDAASA00 is integrated with a standard TFT module RFH1010J-AYW-LNB and 4-layer PCBA with built-in firmware. This 10.1" Smart Display _RS485 series TFT is an easy-to-use product which allows customers to develop projects rapidly in a cost-effective way. This 10.1” Smart Display can work with computer with USB2RS-485 dongle as HOST platform.

Raystar Smart Display RS485 Series offers an out-of-the-box Modbus development experience that will lower your development costs and speed up your time to market.

The RS485 TFT comes with standard UI objects to get customers project off the ground quickly. If customers need custom UI objects support, our engineers are here to help. Send over your contents in PNG/JPG format, we will customize a new set of UI objects to you.

3. [RX1602N Series] 16x2 VATN COG LCD Display with FPC

RX1602N is a COG type character LCD module with IC ST7028 exclusive for VATN displays, and it supports I2C serial interface. Logic power supply 3.3V. RX1602N has FPC as its connection method, and the backlight AK pins are also soldered on the FPC. Customers can use ZIP Connector to control the connection, and a hook is added to the side of the backlight mechanism to fix the entire module. With FPC connection, there’s no need to reserve a space on the PCB for soldering the display. This FPC connection also makes it more convenient to repair or replace with new displays.

4. [RX1602J Series] 16x2 COG VATN LCD Display

RX1602J is a COG VATN LCD module with display format of 16 characters x 2 lines. We use Sitronix’ IC ST7028 which is exclusive for VATN displays, and this chip supports I2C interface. RX1602J stays with method of using pin connection on glass panel, and the backlight AK pins are on the side. This design allows RX1602A3 to be replaced with this new display RX1602J directly.

5. [RX13232A Series] 132x32 COG Graphic LCD Display (FPC)

RX13232A is a monochrome 132x32 COG graphic LCD display module with FPC. Module size is 65.4×28.2 mm; viewing area is 58.3×19.0mm. This series has built-in IC ST7567A, supporting I2C interface. Logic voltage of this LCD module ranges from 2.7V-3.3V; typical value is 3V. The module works within temperature from -20°C to+ 70°C. Storage temperature range is from -30°C to +80°C.
